As a trained Doula, let me take the stress of the unknown away. I will help advocate for you, empower you, and support you through childbirth. I will be your calm during the storm.

In-person, Doula Support Includes

A FREE, one hour consultation to ensure we are a good fit for each other.

Two prenatal visits. We will build a relationship, create a unique birth plan that is tailored to your needs and desires, and answer any and all questions pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. We will practice pain management methods (massage, breathing, positions) because a body that practices is a body that remembers!

ON CALL labor support starting at 38 weeks. I will be at your labor and birth to bring in a calm, peaceful presence, help you find your voice, support you and your partner both physically and emotionally. I will stick up for your values and beliefs. I will trust your body and your baby.

One postpartum visit. Help you and your partner adjust to life after the baby is here. Breastfeeding and sleep support. Text/phone support for the first 4 weeks following birth for expert guidance and encouragement.
